Through my private practice, Thrive Creatively, PLLC, I have joined Dr. Lisa Lovalace of Synergy eTherapy to deliver telemental health services. I provide individual mental health counseling for children, teens, and adults who reside in Illinois utilizing HIPPA compliant video conferencing and phone applications. My areas of greatest speciality include, but are not limited to, grief, life transitions, caregiver support, and neurodivergence. As a music therapist, I incorporate a range of techniques to provide creative means to build resilience and thrive.
