While writing my dissertation on Eva Augusta Vescelius, proceeds from the sale of shirts with this design allotted me access to newspaper and genealogical on databases. All of the women featured—Eva Augusta Vescelius, Isa Maud Ilsen, Margaret Anderton, Paula Lind Ayers, and Harriet Ayer Seymour—were integral women music therapy innovators during the first half of the 20th century.
